Unable to determine OFF day wage of contract employee.

Dear Experts,

This is an Issue with Time evaluation- To determine the OFF day wage of an contract employee we are making use of the Time evaluation result. The DWS is used to determine which day is an OFF day. When an  employee is working on an OFF day, his DWS is being changed from “XXFF” to corresponding shift.  As a result we are unable to determine the OFF day. We want the daily wage schedule to remain the same even if the employee works on an OFF day.

Eg:-  PERNR – 123456

         Work Schedule of the emp : XXXX (Thursday OFF)

  • 29.10.15 is an OFF day for this employee. As this emp has punched on that day, his shift has been changed from “XXFF” to “AB02”

Kindly suggest.

Hi,

How OFF day's are being updated with dws?Are you using any substitution or pcr inside the time evaluation?
