The DTW bit and MS office bit are incompatible - DTW Error SAP B1 10.02

Hello Fellas

I am facing this error while uploading data.

I have installed SAP with all its components 2 months back in 64 bit. I started using DTW since a month and it was working very fine with no such error. My MS Office was also installed 3 months back and not installed or changed again.
Suddenly from yesterday i am facing this error and i am unable to resolve it through all given suggestions in similar threads.
I have re-installed both DI API and DTW as well but still facing same issue.

Currently all of these are at 64 bit:

• SAP Client
• SAP DI API
• DTW
• MS Office
• System Windows

Kindly guide me if anyone have solution to this. Will be much thankful.

I'm facing the same error and my server had no Office at all...

DTW was working and suddenly started giving the bits incompatible error.

I installed a 64bits Office vension, the Acess database engine, reinstalled DTW, API and the error persists.

Did you find a solution ?

I haven't found any solution of this issue. Then i reinstalled windows, SAP and everything again and then everything got worked correctly.

To whom it may concern,

Go to the %PROGRAMDATA%\SAP\SAP Business One\Log\Data Transfer Workbench\<your_username> folder and rename/remove the .ldb .mdb files.

I guess that the issue appears when the lock is set on the .ldb file. Somehow it is not removed after shutting down the app.

You may install the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributabl, this will fix the issue.
