TDS-Form16-Challan Mapping

Hi

I have a issue in Form16.In the 3rd Page (Details of tax deducted and deposited into central Government Account field) the values of tax amount , challan date, Cheque No etc are generating double. I think this is due to Running of the Form 24. If we have run the Form 24 for the particular quarter 2 times both the values are coming to Form16. In previous years to arrest such type of problem we used to do through sp11 (deleting the Temse file). Now the facility is not there. How to delete the unwanted duplicated details in form 16 and in form24

Second we are not getting the Surcharge details in the deduction details part. Only getting the tax amount and Education cess. How to get the details in to Form 16

Request solution for the 2 problem above

Hi,

r u getting 2 entries or double of the actual amount. and no. of execution of form 24q doesn't have any dependencies on this.

For surcharge related issue check SAP service market place, these is a Note released by SAP.
