Cannot run "Run Data Mapping" in QS4

In Group reporting QS4 the "Run Data Mapping" does not create a job and as a result no data can be loaded into Group reporting. How can we fix this. Who can fix this

GRDC is an SaaS solution, the possibility of bug to cause job not scheduled is quite low. It might be the configuration on BTP, but no harm to create customer incident.
