syntax query

Hello i will try to explain my doubt, im looking for the source of the corect syntax in both places but they work diferent, example in query manager i can make a formated serch but the syntax is diferent in the other area where i make post transaction notifiction so the sql functions and syntax is based in witch sql version i want to practice for manual construction ty all

Thanks, i will look for it im in a new job and there is no other person that knows to work with it and i want to improve my knowledge in that matter and more
