supplier invoice report showing history of changes bydesign

Hello. We are looking for a report in ByDesign which will show us the history of AP invoices, including if they were sent back for revision. The system seems to only show the current status.

Any ideas of how to get this report?

In Sap ,such report can be created through other means, using source document reference , you have to analysis two reports simultaneously.
