SAP Service & Asset Manager TCI Note to SSAM2310 Upgrade

Hello community,

we have a customer topic, were the decision has to be made if the complete S4-System will be Upgraded to use SSAM2310 or the TCI-Note will be used. Currently the customer could use SSAM2305 without upgrading (S4HANA 2022 & FPS02).

We have the following questions after integration the TCI-Note:

Do we have all the functionalities for SSAM2310 and also for the SYCLO in particular the optimized Delta Synchronization and also the Mobile Transaktion History on SYCLO-Side?

Or are there any difference/restrictions?

Hi Björn,

We recently upgraded SSAM 2305 to SSAM 2310 in one of our internal systems using TCI notes. All SSAM 2310 features are available for us.
