sap level backup terminating with returncode 5

Dear all,

when iam taking whole offline backup in quality system i am getting below error

BR0279E Return code from 'F: && cd F:\oracle\OIQ\102\database && E:\usr\sap\OIQ\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64\brtools.exe -f copyfile G:\oracle\OIQ\sapbackup\OIQ initOIQ.ora spfileOIQ.ora': 5

BR0222E Copying init_ora to/from G:\oracle\OIQ\sapbackup\OIQ failed due to previous errors

BR0056I End of database backup: beldovgh.afd 2013-05-08 10.36.32

and i was tried with brtools also it is also terminating with errors..

please help me..

Hello

Can you provide the full backup log ?

Also suggest you to update the BRTools and start the backup.

Is this happening after a system refresh ? If yes then check the privileges for the OPS$ users

Where is the backup folder located ?

Is it a shared drived which is mapped to your sap system ?
