SAP Business One login error 'Sorry, company does not exist....'

Hi, using SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA (10.00.201) FP 2208 (64-bit), this particular new user ID when login to SAP B1 client it prompt this message 'Sorry, company does not exist or you don't have permission to login this company' (see attached print screen). Even though I tried give the user as 'Superuser' also same error.

Look like the 'authentication redirect' doesn't works...

Any idea?

Does it matter if the SAP user id has a space in between? I think it cannot detect the license assigned to the user.

It can be related to SAP Note 3393650 (when SAP Business One user code contains spaces).
