Hi
While creating sales order, system showing an error message " Version 0 is not defined for fiscal year 2007.
Can any body suggest on the same.
Hi Sagar,
This issue is not related to FI.
but its related to CO.
I think Company code which you are using is assigned to "Controlling Area" ,
as per the customization of controlling area with company code whenver you save the document , cost of this document will be stored in seperate accounts. For this reason automatically costing document will create at the time of sales order ,if everything maintained correct by the CO consultant.
Otherwise you can define Version '0" in da fiscal year 2007,
menu path:
IMG- Controlling - General Controlling - Organization - Maintain versions
If not,
remove the assignment between "Controlling area -- Company Code" --
T Code:OKKP
menu path :
IMG- Controlling - General Controlling - Organization - Maintain Controlling area - Maitain controlling area - select your controllingn area - choose " Assignment of Company Code"- select your company code , Delete & Save.
Now you are able to create sales order, without getting Version-0 error
Still if you cant go further let me know, with your system error.
Reward point if IT HELPS

This appears to be more of FI or basis issue. Please check with them.

Hi,
Check the fiscal year assignment again and also see if OR is assigned to your sales area...
Hope it works.
