Posted the stock using MIGO, move type 561, showing in MD04 , MMBE but not in CO09

Hi All

I posted the stock using MIGO with move type 561. The entry is showing in MB51, 

MMBE showing the stock

MD04: showing the stock

but in CO09, showing blank

in sales order for 30 qty,  while clicking on ATP, it is showing nothing ( 0 qty)

in MMBE, MD04 but NOT  in Co09. and unable to confirm the schedule lines. what could be the reason why system is not showing in ATP(CO09). 

Other information: in Material master the safety stock is NOT maintained anything. and we are using S4 hana 2023 system

Hi all, the issue is resolved after moving the AATP related scope of check to Quality system. Now it is showing the ATP in CO09

the new AATP is active in Quality system but its corresponding scope of check was not moved to Quality.

Previously in below scope of check, the stocks, receipts, requirements all are blank.
