Sales order status

Hi,

I deleted the delivery document for a sales order but the status still shows as being processed. Also the sales order shows up in GTS with no data since the delivery has already been deleted.

My question is does the Req Type in the Sales order for example KE affect the status? What else could affect it? Why is it not showing as open?

Why does it show up in GTS with no date?

Hi,

Req.type 'KE' is there because in MRP3 view of material master may contain Strategy Group: 20.

Reverse PGI & Delivery as under:

1. Reverse PGI by VL09

2. Cancel Delivery by VL02 (Outbound Del Menu > Delete )

or thorugh VL06O

Hi,

Check if the order was partially delivered and there is a second delivery document. If all the deliveries connected to the order are deleted (after reversing PGI and picking), then the order status has to show as "Open".

There is no connect of this with the requrement type (which is only relevant in procurement, not in the sales cycle).
