Sales Order Short Close if similar sales order to be posted

Hello all,

Is it possible to short close sales order where our client has a open sales order where out of 1000 qty we have delivered 800 qty and no further deliveries are to be processed as they have received a new sales order for the same material from prior sales order with a new Price or similar changes and they want to see all the sales order similar inorder to take a decision in whether to short close or to keep it open. 

Is there such an option or configuration to show the previous similar sales orders and take a decision whether to short close or keep them open? and if there is further explanation required do let me know.

Hi Bhavesh_Bhorde,

Have you tried a "reject all items" option. It should solve your problem. Kindly try this option as test first.
