Sales Analysis Report in sap b1 not displaying Invoices in sap b1

I have a client that is unable to View the Sales Analysis report for the invoices for their customers saying data is not available.

It would help to understand your customer`s experience in order to clarify your question.

When client tries to access Sales Analysis report, what do they see - Blank records or Any particular error?

If they see Blank records,

• It could be due to insufficient data authorizations. You can modify data authorizations for your customer.
• In SAP Business One, Administration - System Initialization - Authorizations - General Authorizations Or In SAP Business One, Administration - System Initialization - Authorizations - Data Ownership - Data Ownership Authorizations

If they get any particular error, please share details of error for further investigation.
