Rejection status for the rejected lot in the inspection lot system status.

Hi all,

If the inspection lot is rejected in result recording or usage decision means. For the rejected lot ..Rejection status should be updated in the inspection lot system status tab.

And then system should not allow to do the posting for the corresponding inspection lot ..And system should pop up the error msg. for the inspection lot.

can anybody guide me how to do this requirement.

Hi Kumar

The system sets the system status (UD)-"Usage decision has been made" after the UD. You cannot influence the system status. An alternative would be to apply a user status (customizing).

With the manual stock posting in the inspection lot, you cannot restrict which stock postings are allowed based on results. Here I recommend to execute the automatic stock posting via the UD

Customizing: Quality Inspection >> Inspection Lot Completion >> Edit selected Sets for Usage Decision
