Dear Experts,
One of our client is facing an error while updating the batches for Items in Batch Management window.
Material received from GRPO & after that they have updated the flag of Item managed by Batch No as 'Yes'.
SAP provided the option to update the batch no by using Batch Management Process.
In this we have tried both operations as 'Update' & 'Complete' with Item Code, but the system throws the below error message.
Error - No matching records found 'Inventory Transactions Log' (OITL) (ODBC -2028) [Message 131-183]
We have checked the SAP Note 1636945 - Serial Number / Batch Management Complete form refresh
Please provide an alternate solution to resolve the issue.
