Risk category update on released documents

Hello,
After changing the risk category in credit master we are running the RVKRED09 but risk category is not getting updated to the delivery when credit status is "D". we need a solution so when risk category is changed still system can update the new risk category to the released deliveries and stop the further processing

The "Released documents are still unchecked" settings and the release validity is impacting whether RVKRED09 can recheck documents.
RVKRED09 always checks the release date in advance.
 
So if you try on the day of release or if you have OVA8 settings to extend the release validity, the delivery can't be selected by RVKRED09. Thus the risk category cannot be refreshed either.

Report RFDKLI20 would still help in this case to update the risk category.
 
Or if the release is just valid for the given day, then modification from SAP Note 52637 could be implemented (manual change to FM).
