Transaction volume for S/4HANA Public edition

Hi experts ,

Wanted to any recommendations of standarad performance notes or guidance that we have for Public edition ?

I have a prospect who has a business model similar to rental services and would be transacting peak loads atleast 2-3 times in a month and these peaks can be 200,000 sales order to generate billings . So wanted to be sure on the volume which can be handled in the Public edition or any guidance how do we go about siziing the same

May you share what peak really means? 200,000 sales order to generate billing in one day? or distributed in days during one month?

Does the customer expect to create such transaction document manually? or batch via API?

Yes its within the system and NOT via API's....

This peak is expected 2-3 times in a month

Hi Nitin,

if it's about creating manually with large numbers, I would not expect an issue from transaction perspective, if this is the case, incidents should be reported to be analyzed.

If you're talking about database sizing, you can involve some HANA expert.
