Celebrating the Success of the Product Expert Training H1 2024
In the dynamic market environment, staying ahead of the curve requires more than just great products – it demands product experts who can effectively showcase their value and meet our customers´ needs. At the SAP PSCC organization, we understand the role that product expertise plays in driving success, which is why we embark on a transformative journey with the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Product Expert Training.
We are thrilled to share the remarkable success story and the positive impact it has on the partner ecosystem for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP colleagues.
Empowering Excellence
We have the goal to empower our colleagues and partners with the knowledge and skills needed to represent our products, recognising that expertise is a continuous journey. Our organization is happy to be part of this journey by providing a learning environment full of effective communication and interaction.
Over 230 SAP engineering product experts presented in 63 webinars the lates product features and insights of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Our participants gained a deeper understanding of our products, and had the ability to engage with product experts and address their needs. This prodcut expertise contributes to the overall knowledage and curriculum needed to successfully mannager a customer project.
The next Chapter of Success
We have achieved a total registration of 3.7k, meaning compared to the Training in April 2023, we could increase the overall registration by 20%. With +2.5k registered partners, we have achieved the highest partner share ever with 68%. We have improved communication and could lift not only the registration, but also the live participation to a new level.
During the 7 days of training, we had a total live participation of +12600. Additionally, we had an even higher partner share of 66%.
Throughout the training, we noticed remarkable dedication and commitment from our speakers. With their product expertise, our colleagues and partners gain the knowledge and insights they need to succeed in their roles. The numbers reflect the exceptional standards our experts have delivered in the last two weeks. Our speakers achieved a total satisfaction score of 93%.
