SAP B1 Resources Posting Ex.Rate in Production Process

1. In SAP Business One 9.3 PL10 on SQL
2. Having item with BoM > in this BoM having items and resources
3. Posting Production Order for example with DocDate: 01-04-2023
4. Posting Goods Issue for production with the same date: 01-04-2023
5. The Goods Issue for Production has been posted on 09-04-2023
6. The generated JE from the Goods Issue is posting the totals correctly for the local currency, but when it comes to the system currency totals:
7. It posts the items with the ex.rate on the Goods Issue Document Date
8. Where it posts the resources system currency total with the ex.rate on the Posting Date of the Goods Issue Document Date

Why for the same Goods Issue document SAP posts resources on the posting date ex.rate where posting the items total for the same document on the DocDate instead of the Posting Date?
