Move the old home page to spaces and pages home page in S/4 public cloud

As per SAP document, I should have "import apps now" icon when spaces and pages are switched on in my system. But, there is none. Is there up-to-date blog available on the spaces and pages? since I can see many changes in my test system with enabled spaces and pages, not matching with the blogs released earlier.
