Query in the Action logs of work orders

Hi Expert,

Once the work order is released in the action log it shows a change in the basic finish date (the old value is shown one day before) even though there was no changes has happened.

Attached the screen shot for your reference. please let me know is this a standard behavior or is there any configuration setting from which this issue can be resolved.
