Propose Bin closest to bin where stock is last placed

Hi,

In SAP WM. How do we make sure that the system proposes the bin which is closer to the bin where the stock was last placed during put away.

Is it possible through configuration or enhancement?

To my knowledge you can't base your put away strategy on the bin where the stock was last placed. Notice that this bin is somehow dynamic - it changes constantly during placements. However enhancement MWMTO004 "Own stock removal strategy" would do the trick. Just pay attention to performance while implementing the enhancement and reading the bin where the stock was last placed - you don't want to choke the system, do you? ;))
