PR - HEADER LEVEL RELEASE - RELEASE STRATEGY TAB NOT SHOWING

I configured PR release strategy for Header level and checked the foloowing also and it is fine as per me.

1. PR doc type maintenance - i checked the checkbox for overall release.

2. PR rel group - i checked the checkbox for overall release.

3. i used characteristic CEBAN_GFWRT in my class.

4. i checked the table T16FG_GSFRG for overall release and entry is available.

But i am not getting release strategy tab at HEADER LEVEL.

FYI, If i am removing checkbox at PR rel grp config, i am getting the release strategy tab at item level and it is working fine.

What i am missing and how to solve to get release strategy tab at header level?

Dear Arul,

Check if EXIT_SAPLEBND_001 or EXIT_SAPLEBND_004 have activated in your system, if it activated, deactivate it

and retest.

You may check also if inconsistency happen in your table T16FK, T16FV, T16FS, T16FC and T16FG.

Please check if the table is inconsistent with old value in the table and not match the customizing.

You may use transaction SE16.
