SAP Public Cloud Credit Management VKM4/VKM5 alternative solution?

Hi Gurus,

May I know alternative solutions for VKM4/VKM5 in SAP public cloud? Because in DCD (documented credit decision) not show blocked delivery.

We have business requirements for credit management, only credit block for delivery level not for sales order level.
