ME32K is allowing to create multiple contract items without taking PR reference.

Contract is created with reference to PR then that contract line item is deleted, after that ME32K is allowing to create multiple contract items without taking PR item reference, how to restrict this?

No error or warning message during PR creation from contract ,if contract line item/s deleted?

Hello Bijay,

1. 1st PR is created.

2. PR adopted to contract in ME31K.

3. Contract line item deleted using ME32K.

4. Again in same contract, using ME32K, new line item created without taking PR as reference.

5. How to restrict this behavior ?

Contract created with an item with PR, later deleted and now you can added another item - This is standard behavior, If wanted to restrict check any parameter ID setting with user or go for development with validation with a PR number by having separate PR and Contract document types.
