Localization of demo tenant for CH

Hi,

I just would like to know how one can localize a demo tenant for S/4HC ES for CH. I am aware that you have to request the localization via ticket. The question is if there is a step by step guide/ recommendation how to set up a legal entity within the org structure with the relevant data to be able to demo all end2end processes to CH customers...
