Internal error - access to LT_ADTEL - Message No. AM892

Dear SAP Experts,

For a particular vendor, I am getting this error while selecting "Address" and entering vendor code in T-Code : XK02/XK03.We are using ECC 6.0.

I have checked the following SAP Notes and also executed all the reports mentioned in the notes :

1. 1070798 - Repair the consnumber in communication tables

2. 2078913 - Internal error - access to LT_ADTEL

3. 2554953 - AM892 internal error - access to IXADRU error message when editing communication data

4. 1158803 - Correction report - Address Communication Usages

And executed all the reports accordingly, while executing the report "Z_COMMUSAGE_UPDATE" , I am getting the below error :

Internal error - incompatibility of IADR13 IADRU

Message No. AM896

Can anyone help me in solving this issue? Is their any other way to resolve this issue? I know the issue is because of inconsistencies of validity from and validity to, but none of the standard SAP solution is helping me mitigate this issue for this particular vendor.

Try running the program Z_OSSNOTE_436119_ADRNUM_PERNUM as recommended in OSS note 1935590
