Dear Experts,
I understand that in case of parked documents (like FV60), the FM budget AVC check can be applied through 'Save as Completed' button if appropriate FM Update Profile is in place.
In our scenario, client requires to apply this functionality on 'Park' button in FV60 (rather than 'Save as Completed' button) because end users are used to with this button when saving/parking the document. Upon saving system does not apply AVC check which creates problem later.
I know that 'Park' button can also be disabled through technical consultants so users are forced to use only 'Save as Completed' button but I want to know the standard FM solution.
As there is no comment in 3 days, I would request FM guru eli.klovski to please guide.

Hi,
I'm afraid this is not possible in standard. Document which is merely 'parked' and not 'Saved as complete', can be modified, including its amount, G/L accounts and many other parameters. Hence, a supplementary document for FM is not created due to 'unstable' status of such a document.
