Dear Community

We have upgraded from SAP_BASIS 700 27 (SAPKB70027) to 731 06 (SAPKB73106).

Now, we are getting this error "Database error <GET DATA FROM KPRO> <>" when try to open attached documents dated before the upgrade.

Setting are maintained on the transactions, OAC0 + OACT + CSADMIN.

The test connections of RFC SAPHHTP and the report RSHTTP05 are ok

Adding and open new document works correctly.... BUT CAN NOT OPEN OLD DOCUMENTS...(I want to mean docs before the upgrade)

If we execute tcode SLG1 after try to open pdf attached we get at details icon this:

"An error occurred when calling module SCMS_DOC_READ_FILES"

Details:

MANDT      200

Hi Scottie,

  1. Delete the RFC destinations SAPHTTP and SAPHTTPA from the transaction SM59
  2. Regenerate them with the report RSHTTP05
  3. Delete the RFC destinations SAPFTP and SAPFTPA from the transaction SM59
  4. Regenerate them with RSFTP005

And make sure, that you've registered the DB type repos with report RSIRGENT.

Best regards,

Janos

Hi Janos, thanks a lot for your help,

Delete & Regeneration was already done, but I have repeat regeneration with RSHTTP05 and RSFTP005 + execution RSIRGENT (I did not try this yet) but problem still alive...

Hi Scott,

does the document exist in SOFFCONT1 (or in that database table which you're using for this repository)? (Is it a system database type repo? Am I right?)

So is there any entry there with PHIO ID = 4DC780075038004BE1008000AC14002E ?

Dear Janos,

Thank you very much again for your help and availability.

Yes, there is an entry at  table SOFFCONT1 with this detail. Here you are full details:

MAND        200

PHIO_ID     4DC780075038004BE1008000AC14002E

PH_CLASS SOFFPHIO

LOIO_ID     4DC780065038004BE1008000AC14002E

LO_CLASS SOFFLOIO

STATE      0002

Checking this, I think it is in the right way this entry, isn't it?

Kind regards

Scottie

Dear Janos,

A few months ago, at pre-production system was scheduled a client copy from Productive

system before the upgrade to EHP6 and migrate DB of our Productive system, we have checked the same on the pre-productive system and productive system... and at pre-productive sys has no errors opening the attached document

So I have compared entries at SOFFCONT1 table and I can see lot of entries missed for the same document PHIO ID = 4DC780075038004BE1008000AC14002E between both systems.... so only on this discussion I think there is some data needed and lost to open attached document succesfully at SOFFCONT1...

Do you know if is it possible to transport or export those details between our systems??

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards.

Scottie

Hi Janos

In my SAP System, we don't have the program RSFTP05.

How we can regenerate this destinations SAPFTP and SAPFTPA?

This destinations is deleted.

Hi DannyG,

That was a typo. You should look for RSFTP005 with two 0s. (For SAPHTTP and SAPHTTPA it's RSHTTP05 with one 0.)

Thank you. I've corrected it in my reply too.

Best regards,
Janos
