Company list empty after refresh

Hi Expert,

When i click on choose company screen on refresh button it's get blank .

Also getting this error on SLD screen error 'you cannot delete entity; entity referenced by other entities'

Attached screen shot below three images .

Because of this my SAP web browser isn't working as that get refreshed and unable to connect SAP server error 'you cannot delete entity; entity referenced by other entities'.

Please help.

Hi mukeshdubey,

The error message indicates to possible SLDDATA database corruption.

Could you perform a clean re-installation of SAP Business One Server Tools as follows?

1. Take a backup of the SLDModel.SLDData database via MS SQL Management Studio.

2. Uninstall SAP Business One Server Tools via Add/Remove programs.

3. Rename or remove the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One ServerTools.

4. Restart server.

5. Reinstall SAP Business One Server Tools from the SAP Business One upgrade package.
