Auto generation of preventive maintenance order

Hi All ,

Greetings !

I have been working in SAP Rise version . Is there any standard functionality available to generate preventive maintenance order automatically based on production order confirmation quantity ? If not, how can we accomplish this ? Requirement is that every 500 ton material production, system should generate preventive maintenance order automatically .

have you tried implementing usage based preventive maintenance? You need to define an equipment with counter for counting produced material. with usage of PRT and formula you can transfer produced quantities to the counter (with confirmation).

The counter is used in a maintenance plan which is periodically scheduled to achieve the desired functionality of a maintenance order every 500 ton of produced material.
