Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible.(Terminate RABAX_STATE) This error is populating while applying leave on ESS portal.

Hi Experts,

One of our user is getting RABAX_STATE terminating error as  access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible while applying leave. address, bank details  and family details are maintained in infotypes but still these details are not displaying on ESS portal. I have checked all the details and all the things has been maintained. Kindly help me out with this issue.

Check in ST22 log and also Run the report RPTREQWEBMO and check for that employee no, it's determining the Rule group or not.

I have checked rule groups that are correctly configured for user and also checked WEBMO feature which is configured on the basis of personnel subarea and is pointing to correct rule group.
