footer SAP S/4HANA public Cloud.

Hi,

I am trying to change the address of a company in the footer of the forms in SAP S/4HANA public Cloud. I changed them successfully in the "Manage Texts" app in Quality envrionment, and I couldn't do that in Production because of error message : Changes not possible in productive system.

I found that I must import the extensions from Quality system according to Setting Up Output Management (1LQ)

My question is, when I import the extensions, does it automatically update the footers in the Manage Texts app in Production ? or there are more steps to assign them in the forms in prod ?

We have maintained footer in "Manage text". Later if the address details changes will the End user be able to edit and update footer details in Manage texts application? 
If yes, even end user will also be able to edit only in Development system and export it to Production system.

please help me understand. Thank you in advance.
