Dear ALL.
We are facing a problem for crating planned order with NETUPL processing key in MD02 , MD04,MD01
Planned orders are not getting ecreated for newly created plants when planing with NETUPL key
in existing plant it is ok .Also we have checked with different materials. Planned order are not generated for
next six month planning horizon, Planning horizon is 180 days. Only planned order are generated for APRIL.
also we have first run NEUPL for all materials , planned orders are generated for next six month . But we change requirement qty & run MRP with NETUPL , Planned orders are not getting changed.

Dear Prashant,
Plz Mention clearly what is the processing key ur using
in SAP we have only NEUPL , NETPL & NETCH
But ur saying NETUPL i have never came across abt this
Can you let us know where can we find this
As mentioned by me earlier just check with planning file entries in MD21
As per ur initial ( First query ) MD02 is generating plan orders
so MD01 is lacking planning file entries, for MD02 we don't require any planning file entries
so this where your facing the problem
Hope clear to you

Dear Prashant,
Still you have not mentioned what is the t-code ur perforimg
if it is MD01 then check for planning file entries in MD20
if not there then Create manually in MD21 or
create a variant & schedule job in OMDU
then check the result

HI
After Changing the PIRs then run MRP with the planning mode 3 in MD02 screen and also it is NETPL not NETUPL .
Check the planning files after changing the requirement qtys in MD20 and also check consistancies in MDRE.
Check and revert

Dear ,
I would like to suggest you few points regarding this issue which may help you to analsyise this problem .Kindly check the following :
1.MRP Type set up (Check MRP Type -SPRO)/Planning Time Fence : Basically , MRP type also contols the creation of procurement element and change relevent to MRP based on Firming Indicator and Planning Time Fence .Please chek whether you have Firming Indicator set 0 or 1.What will happen is that if you have maintained Planning time Fence 30 days with in planning horzon 180 day , all the planned order with in PTF will not be changed based on the firming indicator set up in MRP Type.
2.Procurement Type : F/E/X and CORRECT selection of indicator in MD02/MD03/MD01 to create the Planned order (1/2)
3.Individaul and Collective Indicator : 2
4.Re-scheduling Horizon in spro-MRP-Carry on verall plant parametrs in OPJH/OPJK
5.Check Planning Entry -MDRE
Please revert and let us know .

JH

Dear Prashanth,
But we change requirement qty & run MRP with NETUPL , Planned orders are not getting changed.
Can you let us know what you have changed
it is NETPL not NETUPL
if planning horizon mainatined as 180 days then it should plan
Check for planning file entries in MD20 if your running via MD01
