Physical Inventory difference posting for Normal & Project stock

Dear Experts,

1.) We are using a same material as a normal and project stock. When we are doing the Physical Inventory for normal stock everything is fine and System is posting the difference to Inventory loss/gain account as per the instance.

2.) When we are doing the Project stock Physical Inventory SAP System is asking to create Inventory loss/gain as a cost element, as per system we created as a cost element. Now we are able to complete the Physical Inventory for Project stocks.

3.) Now If we want post Physical Inventory document for normal stocks also SAP System is looking for cost object and I can't assign a single cost object at OKB9, because I have different business divisions under one company code.

"Have used the common cost center along with the company code to collect the physical inventory gain or loss in OKB9 and Finance team going to distribute the same at the period end to the required cost object.
