PHE and SAP 4Hana FICO integration

Could you please explain what kind of HR interfaces should be prepared in case of PHE or mini master and FICO SAP 4HANA integration? What exactly should be taken under consideration from HR side, where are some risks and what exactly should be tested?

What about cases without Mini master or sth like that?
