     Hi SAp Experts,

Is there any way to find out the below informations in any of the infotype in HR system

Like

Vehicle registration number plate:

Any personnel attributes (EG : A mole on the left shoulder)

Properties and possessions

Health insurance benificary numbers

,

Do we save this this kind of informations anywhere in any infotype in HR

Hi,

You can use Infotype 0804 Personal features

Height , Weight , Eye color , Hair color , Blood group, Special features (here you can set the Mole on the left shoulder).

You can use IT0032 to Store License plate number. Else create one more subtype under IT0185 Personal ID as License plate number

I cant see infotype infotype 804, in our system. its a new infotype developed in latest version of SAP, because our version 4.7,

Hi,

Go to Table V_T582L and add the IT0804 infotype as per country grouping.

Check once how that infotype looks.

My system level is SAP_HR    604    0060    SAPKE60460    Human Resources

some things are illegal to ask and/or save. A mole on the left shoulder seems a strange thing to save. You can save the picture of your employee though in the SAP system

Vehicle registration number plate: for Company car, you could use IT0040.

Any personnel attributes : create a Custom Field for IT0002, or Custom Infotype (unless you could use a field from IT0004, IT0028, IT0081 or IT0376)

Properties and possessions : look at IT040, or create a Custom Infotype

Health insurance benificary numbers : Are you referring to Policy Number (P0167-POLNR)?

Vehicle registration Number plate for company car, i dont see this information in IT0040, Would you please let me know even for storing properties and possessions ?
