Adding with the previous posts
After copying from the model wage types, check the Prcessing classes and cummulation classes already assigned with the model wage type is required for your purpose.
Eg: for basic pay copy the model wage type MB10

here you can create wage types thru the T.code OH11, PU30
copy one model wage type and create WT.
After that you need to show under one wagetype group as it belongs to for 0008,0014,0015,0416,2010 etc.
