Outbound Delivery not including all Purchase Order items

When creating Outbound delivery via VL10D or via BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATE_STO, the delivery does not contain all the items present in Purchase Order even though:

1. Sufficient stock is present (checked in MB52 and MMBE).
2. Batch and storage location is maintained for all items in Purchase Order.
3. Shipping tab is present with the correct shipping point.
4. Batch classification is correctly maintained.

What's even more puzzling is that for the same material but for different batches, the Delivery is getting created for them but for the remaining batches, it is skipping.

Require help on urgent basis, thanks in advance.

Hello adwaghmare30,

Please check if there is delivery completion indicator, item marked locked/deleted, delivery date in future, different plant/storage location. If there is such type of issue then rectify and proceed.

It could be due to several reasons and a few are listed below

• Confirmation date in PO is later than the dates populated in VL10D
• No stock in co09
• Inconsistency in batch split for main items
• Collective processing log shows the reason for this
• What is set under User Role tab > Delivery creation profile ?

Did you try with VL10B ?
