Dear experts,
We are using API SAP_COM_0444 to automatically create and update delivery schedules of sales scheduling agreements with the information sent by the customer.
With daily checks of the 'message dashboard' we can analyze and reprocess messages after correcting errors.
A recurrent error on the productive system is:
"Object E_SDEDIORDRIN could not be locked; message cannot be processed". We receive around 1000 messages every day, and around 50, sometimes even 100 messages always get locked and can not be processed. We have to manually reprocess them, and even then, they still get locked, therefore, reprocessing has to be done repeatedly, 7 days a week.
We have seen this post,https://blogs.sap.com/2015/01/10/michals-tips-aif-30-serialization-parallel-processing/, which specifies how to proceed in order to avoid this error. Is there any configuration to be performed in S/4HANA Cloud? Does anyone have the same problem?
