Hi Expert！

Is there an app that can display a list of Service Order items?

The "Manage Service Order App" allows you to view the headers of a Service Order at a glance,
but does not allow you to view them at the items level of a Service Order.

Is there any solution?

Hi Soma,

in the app "Service Orders - Flexible Analysis", you can see a standard report of service orders including all items for a particular customer/sales org:

If you wish to see a list of all service order items without specifying a certain customer, you can think about creating a Custom CDS View (using I_ServiceDocumentItem as the primary data source) to achieve this.

I would like to proceed in the direction of creating a CDS view to create a list of Service Order item.

By the way, is there an SAP website that explains how to create a CDS view?

Hi Soma, you can find how to create a Custom CDS View in this blog post: https://my415684.s4hana.cloud.sap/ui#Shell-home. If needed, instead of the "External API" scenario, you can create a Standard CDS View or an Analytical Cube/Dimension

As we know we can not get  your expected requirement from Manage Service Order App. But we can see to see item details 

The facets/tabs at the item level provide the user with specific information related to certain aspects of the item, such as price details or the transaction history of the item.
