Not able to delete the Outbound delivery.

Not able to delete the Outbound delivery. System giving error as "Changes not possible at present because material is in quality Inspection". STO Delivery has been created by Tcode VL10B but not able to delete via VL02N tcode

Scenario: Create PO of stock transfer within the plant, outbound delivery as both plants are EWM managed. 

While deleing the outbound delivery above error coming.

No inspection type is activated in material master, still getting this error. No Inspection lot created. No inspection lot no. updated in  QAPLS Table. still not able to delete the delivery. please help

Have you performed Goods issue on it ?-- then you have cancel goods movement first using VL09 if it is non-EWM related Outbound otherwise you have use EWM side t-code to cancel the outbound and reverse goods movement.
