Hello all,
We are trying to obtain the quality certificate for inspection lots. The data that is due displayed on the quality certificate must be taken from the batch results records inspection. But we are getting the following error when we select “Send Output” :
Is there any posible solution for this?
To carry out this process, you must first make certain configuration of the “output parameter determination” which was carried out following the indicated sequence by placing the necessary data for the “outbound delivery item” section.
Once this is done the configuration, we proceeded to create the certificate profile in which the characteristics that must be taken, the material assigned, etc. Once this is finished parameterization, the sales order is made, the inspection lot is generated, and the results and the decision to use is made. At this point the certificate must be generated and must be reflected in the following location “Menu/ Extras/ Delivery Output/ Item” of the outbound delivery.
When we enter the location described above, we see that the certificate is in “In Preparation” status with “Channel”Email (the channel needed is “Print”) but when we select “Send Output” it gives us the error.
It should be noted that the email that was posted is with a domain that is allowed and this is very different from the one shown in the error message
Thanks & Regards

Hello,
It is great that you already managed to get an output request for the certificate for the delivery item. However, because you realized that the settings for the channel (Print/E-Mail) are wrong, you have to check and process following settings in addition.
Logon with an user which is capable to setup the output management to start the app "Output Parameter Determination"
https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_CLOUD/a630d57fc5004c6383e7a81efee7a8bb/fdc3cf565b1b6b15e1000000...
Choose "Outbound Delivery Item" for field "Show rules for" and "Channel" for "Determination Step".
In the Business Rule table you should find a row for the output type "Quality_Certificate". The settings can depend on different parameter, but has of course to be aligned within your company. Maintain the table for the output type that you will get the channel "Print" for your delivery item. Please be aware that the system will stop in the determination as soon as it finds a valid row and the corresponding channel will be taken. The rows will be processed from top to bottom.
After the activation, I would recommend that you also check the rules for the determination step "Printer Settings". With that the system should know where to print the certificate.
The new settings should be taken for a new delivery item. Good luck!
Kind Regards,
Holger

Hello,
What is the processing status of the output request if you press send output?
If it is completed, than the issue seems to be the setup on the output management side.
If the status is "Error" you should check the log. In most cases the assignment of a certificate profile is missing or during processing of the certificate the system does not find any inspection for the characteristics given in the profile.
Best regards,
Holger

My understanding the error is raised if no configuration is maintained in configuration activity
Define Default Email Sender Address (101313)
If you have maintained this as you described and followed the setup instructions of the scope item
