Named User Licensing

Hello:

I'm dumbfounded about a licensing issue that an SAP Business One 9.3 PL06 for HANA user told me about, today.

He has thirteen named users. Some users work in each company, while some do not.

Anyway, in the License Administration window, he has run of Professional User licenses to give. His system is registered for seventeen users.

One thing else that is odd is that, if takes away licensing from users within the German localized company, it takes those users' licenses away within other companies.

Whats going on, and how can he get the benefit of his licenses?

Without knowing the details of the scenario, the following things leave too much room for speculation, could you please elaborate a little more:

License details would be helpful (From SAP Business One, Administration - License - License Administration).
