Hi,
Please assist. We are running SAP 9 PL 05 on Windows Server 2012 64bit. All clients run Windows 7 Professional 64bit operating systems.
My problem..every time any (all) users log into SAP Business One, SAP ask the user to sign the EULA. If a user log in 5x times a day, SAP will show this screen (below) 5x times. How can I get rid of this EULA request?
Is the SAP application saving this "signed" EULA in a file/folder but due to permission not able to save it. Can I go and sign it manually? I just need this to stop as it is causing serious headaches.
Urgent Please. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Hi,

We had exactly the same error and your answer solved this problem.
Many thanks!
So SAP Note: 1708426 solves this error. Every user should have a "name".
Hi again,
Do you have more than one License Manager installed?
I had the same problem because of our server's License Manager and another one on my SDK computer were running together. Having two different License Managers made the EULA signing procedure run mad (don't ask me why).
I shutted down the SDK's License Manager (I had to change some b1-local-machine.xml files which where linked to the SDK License Manager) and the problem was over.
Hope it helps,
Toni

Jean,
Same problem here.
BTW, all u_name registers from OUSR have been filled but it doesn't help...
Did you find a solution? It's a really annoying issue...
Thx,
Toni

Try a simple query:
SELECT USER_CODE,u_name, userid from ousr
where u_name is null
If you got result, fill in user name. Ensure no result by this query.

Restart B1. Make sure only manager user log in. Accept EULA.

Have you tried to turn off UAC? Tried windows admin right and run as admin when your installed the B1 client?
Thanks,
Gordon

Jean,
Please check the procedure:
The SAP Business One End User License Agreement window appears.
These details are recorded in the database once you have accepted the terms and conditions.

Hi Marcelo,
I absolutely hate the forum purely because of replies like this. If you read the initial question, you would notice that I mentioned that all users must sign the EULA constantly. Meaning.. We do sign the EULA, then again the next time we log on, and again and again. You have just explained to me how to sign the EULA..something we do a few times a day. Why you took time to explain to me how to sign the EULA is a waste of time. I understand some community users just chase the points but provide minimum positive results.
