Dear Sir,

how to track the MRP history of equipment spares. is there any possibility to track MRP history for a month for individual Spares.

How your MRP areas are configured? Let me know exact requirement what you are looking for?

From IH01 with BOM explosion against individual material system will show the existing stock, But for me as per my understanding you are not looking for that.

There is no standard ALV report as per your requirement.

There are standard SAP mm reports where you get the list.

Check ME2M report  where you get material  wise procurement and status report.And also use MB51 to get the list of material movements against material.
