ME22N - Insert a Text by Exit but it was not saved.

I created a button in ME22N to include text but I can not save it.

Returns that there was no change.

How can I force BADI / EXIT to save?

We can save header texts without using button. Any specific reason behind usage of a screen enhancement?

I think there are better ways to achieve this via BAdI "ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST" (methods "PROCESS_HEADER" / "PROCESS_ITEM") ...

Have you tried the oss note correction 782948? Is it already in place?

Also,since it is custom code requirement,then please share the code you used inside PAI module for saving text.

Change texts are written to the text buffer using FM SAVE_TEXT.please try to use it.

SAP LUW COMMIT should take care of the update.
