Dear All,
In MCRX report withdrawal qty for bi product will show in (minus) sign? Please confrim, my client is claiming that it is showing in positive sign for some line item, can any one tell me what is the reason?
BR,
Ganesh
Hi Ganesh,
Regarding your question
In MCRX report withdrawal qty for bi product will show in (minus) sign?
Yes. In MCRX by produce which has 531 movement type will have minus sign. Either it is maintained in BOM as byproduct (quantity with minus sign) or if anybody do goods issue in MB1A with 531 movement type for the order. Your comment is right regarding minus sign.
I have tested it and you can ask your client do a test with below 2 scenario.
1. Maintain by product in BOM and do goods issue and then check in MCRX.
2. For same order for material for which you did goods issue (261) for one material do goods issue with 531 in MB1A and observe the positive quantity which is consumed example say 60 EA and after doing 531 movement say 5 EA then in MCRX total withdrawal quantity is 55 EA. Which is ultimately considers 531 movement type as negative only.

Sharat
