Hi,
We have set up SAP Asset Manager 2110 on our S4 on premise system. The map shows up on IOS but not on Android where it's just blank!
Any idea how to fix that ? I have found any notes on this.

The most common reason for a blank screen on Android is the ESRI API key is misconfigured or missing. Please see SAP Note: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3152177

Hi All,
The reason map shows for iOS but doesn't show for Android when no API key is present is due to a change ESRI made for Android. In the past iOS and Android worked the same on older versions of ESRI. An exception is now thrown on Android when the API Key is missing, thus causing the blank map.
In next release SAP will handle this and map will show even if API Key is missing.
A valid Esri License API key is required for map to view the map.

It doesn't show any error. We didn't build up the client, we took the one from tthe Android store.

You need to add the ESRI API key.
We are having the same issue with a 2205 build.
